Extremely friendly office staff. Dr. Simpson spent a lot of time with me explaining the various options regarding my condition but never pressured me to do a particular one. He was very knowledgable about my condition(s) and has been the only ENT doctor whose been able to correctly diagnose me. He answered my many questions as well. So YES I would DEF recommend this dr and his staff to others….. ESP if you have been displeased elsewhere.
